Tuition and Fees
TRADITIONAL DAY AND SPECIALTY DAY CAMPS - FEES
Traditional Camp fees : $395.00 per week
Specialty Camp fees : $425.00 per week
Traditional & Specialty Day Camp Deposit : $100 per week
Hillside Summer Day Camp fees includes a morning snack and lunch each day.
Additional Day Camp Options:
AM Extended Care : $50.00 per week
PM Extended Care : $75.00 per week
TRADITIONAL OVERNIGHT AND ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS - FEES
2 week program : $2,600.00
Traditional Overnight and Academic Enrichment Deposit : $500 per 2-week session
4 week program : $4,950.00
Traditional Overnight and Academic Enrichment Deposit : $1000 per 4-week session

International Overnight Camp Deposit: $2500 per 4-weeks session

INCIDENTAL ACCOUNT FOR OVERNIGHT PROGRAMS
Incidental Account is required for all overnight campers. Hillside summer does require that all families, upon paying the balance due, also submits a payment that will be kept as an incidental account for their child. We do not allow overnight campers/students to have cash on hand (for a number of reasons), and each weekend we will use the incidental funds for each camper to have some spending money for field trips. Overnight campers/students will also have a chance to visit the school store.
The initial incidental account deposit will depend on the length of stay and airport transfer service. We can arrange transportation to and from Hillside School from Boston–Logan Airport. It is recommended that you travel to Boston-Logan. All airport travel fees will be paid using the participant’s incidental account. At the end of the summer, the camper’s family will receive a statement of expenses incurred, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
*A participant who is signing up for a two-week overnight program is required to have a $300.00 incidental account.
*A participant who is signing up for a four-week overnight program is required to have a $600.00 incidental account.
Hillside Summer deposits are non- refundable. Hillside is not obligated to refund tuition for any applicant or participant who withdraws for any reason, including illness or injury. The deposit is not refundable and not transferable. No refund or reduction in fees is possible for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends only part of a session. If you need to cancel your camp registration before June 1, you will receive your full balance minus the deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations received after June 1, unless approved by the camp director.
