Registrations must include all completed forms and deposit, and they are due June 1, 2019. Hillside Summer deposits are non-refundable.

Day Camp Fees
- Traditional Camp: $395 / week
- ELL / iLab Camp: $425 / week
- AM / PM Care — $50 each
Day Camp Deposit: $100 / week
Overnight Camp Fees
Traditional / iLab Camp:
- One week program: $1,500
- Two week program: $2,600
- Three week program: $3,600
- Four week Program: $4,400
ELL Overnight Camp (International Program):

Sibling and Group Opportunities and Financial Assistance
Siblings attending camp together or groups enrolling 10 or more are entitled to a discount. All discounts are specific to the group, the number of campers, and the number of weeks campers are staying. No child should be denied a camp program on the basis of finances. If you need financial assistance for your child to attend camp, Hillside Summer will work with you as much as possible to ensure their summer experience. An incidental account is required for all overnight campers. Hillside summer requires that all families send overnight campers with money for evening and weekend trips. We do not allow overnight campers to have cash on hand, and Hillside Summer will store the money in a secure location and distribute it during field trips. Campers will also have a chance to visit the school store. The required amount for incidental account is $150 per week.
Hillside Summer can arrange transportation to and from Hillside School from Boston–Logan Airport. It is recommended that you travel to Boston-Logan for camp. All airport travel fees will be paid using the participant’s incidental account. At the end of the summer, the camper’s family will receive a statement of expenses incurred, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Hillside summer programs deposits are non- refundable. Hillside is not obligated to refund tuition for any applicant or participant who withdraws for any reason, including illness or injury. The deposit is not refundable and not transferable. No refund or reduction in fees is possible for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends only part of a session. If you need to cancel your camp registration before June 1, you will receive your full balance minus the deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations received after June 1, unless approved by the camp director.
