All new applications will be reviewed starting December 1st, 2017.
At Hillside Summer, we pride ourselves on hiring a dedicated, energetic staff diverse in age and background. Staff members must, above all, put the camper first and foremost. Paying attention to details, providing customer service, and striving to be a good role model and participant is paramount.
All new staff must be a minimum of 16 years old by June 1st and have graduated from high school, and should be available all five weeks of camp, including pre-season training dates.
Those between the ages of 14 and 16 interested in joining staff can apply for our CIT program.
Parents have the right to review background check policies, health care policies, discipline policies and grievance procedures upon request.
